A normal day in the life of my sleeve usually looks something like this.

Breakfast: coffee with 2 tbs coffeemate creamer and 1 tbs unflavored whey protein

Mid morning snack: string cheese or Greek yogurt sometimes nutrisystem protein pretzels

Lunch: deli turkey meat and sliced tomato and a slice of 2% American cheese

Dinner: usually whatever I cook for the family spaghetti sauce no noodles or green beans and a turkey burger no bun with some cheese and a-1 sauce or hot dogs no buns or just the taco meat and cheese. I always use extra lean beef or ground turkey.

Snacks: depending on my protein levels for the day I will have a shake with 30 grams of protein and I will not lie I still occasionally have a coke my surgeon says its fine but everyone should follow their own surgeons instructions :)
