Sex... Oh My God... Sex!

Just another reason why I got this surgery in my 20's. Thanks for that post, it was hilarious! Looking forward to my own experiences as I keep dropping.

All I can say is... Way to Go!! Glad to see someone else can approach the topic of sex and not freak out or be embarassed about the subject.

My wife said she can't wait until I am sleeved based on the posts from this forum. I want to have marathon sessions like I did in my 20's and 30's.

I have lost 81 lbs since I was sleeved June 18, the best part of sex for me now is being on top and not feeling like I'm killing my husband! It just feels so different, it kinda makes me mad at myself for wasting all those years not really enjoying sex because I was to fat! Now my husband tells everyone that he feels like he's having an affair, God I luv this man!!!!!

I have yet to be sleeved and I am most certainly not a man but I have a question:

As is I have an "above average" sex drive and I am honestly afraid of how awful I'll be post op with the hormones and the new confidence. My fiancé doesn't have my drive. He doesn't complain and enjoys what we do, but I'm scared I'll end up tying him up in the house and breaking the poor thing lol. I'd post this in the powder Room but it seems most women there are complaining about being groped too much by their men and I see myself chasing mine down. Guys? Opinions?

I'm with you, no complaining about groping going on with this girl! I'm not a guy but I think losing weight changes the dynamics of your sex life no matter what it was like prior to surgery. I'm not sure that he will want it as much as you, it hasn't happened in my case, but you may be pleasently surprised. Everyone is different.

First real "encounter" since the surgery (lots of fooling around, but yesterday was... the full meal deal). And... guys... wow. GET THIS SURGERY.

Before the surgery, I was a real "one minute wonder" (if I could even get lucky; at 338, it doesn't happen much). I would be panting and wheezing and see spots, and I was lucky to even be able to finish. I was used to the woman not... finishing, either.

Yesterday.

SEVEN. HOURS.

She had more... moments of joy than I could count (maybe 12? 15? 20?), and I had... THREE.

THREE. In one night! Guys, I'm 42. That just doesn't HAPPEN to guys my age.

And it certainly never happened before the sleeve.

Good god, men, if you have ANY problems in that area at all and are pre-sleeve, RUN, don't walk, and get the surgery.

UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLE. I thought that stuff only happened in porno movies...

Ok, I'll shut up now. But... wow.

Sore... exhausted... and happy ;)

Edit: uh, it wasn't seven hours continuously, I should mention... 8pm till 3am, but not all, uh, action. Even at my current fitness level, that WOULD kill me. Seven hours of go... rest, chat, laugh... go... rest, chat, laugh... repeat until too sore and exhausted to continue! And NOW I WILL shut up.

LMAO. I had to read several times. But congrats. And u tell her I said u go girl. Everyone wins.

You never know. His drive may increase after you have surgery. Don't hold it against him....I mean do.

WOOT WOOT!!! Now THAT'S what a gal like me, with a...erm...husky...sex life, needed to read today! Hahaha My BF has decided that he's going to start working on the 50# he needs to lose, now that I've been prepping for surgery bc he is afraid he won't be able to keep up after! Yehaw!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
