  2. I have to increase my protein intake. Having trouble with taste , any suggestions?
  3. I'm a month out and I am having trouble with low sugar levels . Is that part of the process? I never had diabetes so I wonder if this is a permanent thing?
  4. I am on that same boat. I am getting really anxious... Keep weighing myself and goes up and down, but slowly , very slowly is going down .
  5. I was on the 3 rd too lost 30 pounds pre op- and 13 post op I wonder if I am eating too . I'm sick of soups! They want me to stay in clear liquids for 21 days!!! I've had cottage cheese , jello but what I got was this really home made style stew (all kinds of veggies ) and strained. It was really good. Other than that I am a mad woman!!!!

  7. My thing now post op is man vs. food . I know stupid!!! Just show to u it is not just u... It is normal... I never watched that show . My friend who had this surgery tells me she felt the same and it got better. I hope it does

  9. Walk! I had to get up at 3 am to do the same , it is the only way I could feel better!
