  11. You are not alone. I'm 3 years out and have gained 50 pounds.. ugh I hate just even typing that out! The best advice I have read is that we still have our tools, so we need to take advantage of that. I've been back on track these last 3 days, I went back to the foods I ate when I was losing (chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, cheese, low carb veggies) I've been eating Protein first, then LC veggies and it seems to be really helping alot! I've also been drinking a ton of Water and brewed green tea, I never cared for it much before but now I love it. Good thing you're doing something about it now before it became more. Wishing you the best of luck, you can do this!

  13. When your newly sleeved your stomach is still numb and healing so you wont feel that restriction yet. I didn't notice until I started on more dense protein.

  15. I wouldn't be that worried about hittinf your protein goals this early out, main thing is to stay hydrated. Alot of us were still on a liquid diet at the time and with how little we could sip we weren't hitting those protein goals yet.

  21. Wishing you the best of luck! I'm in the same boat as you, coming up on 3 years and gained some weight back. But today has been a good day, cut my calories and carbs down, and started exercising.
  22. From what I heard they will give you a pad to wear so no worries.
  23. Let us know how it goes for you, I tried a few times but never stayed committed to it.

  25. You look so amazing, congrats!!
  26. Sound's good, hope I can find this, if not I'll just mix up my own.
  27. Nevermind, I didnt notice we had to go to our profile and select our surgery type, I thought it would have it listed on there from the previous site.
  28. I know how you all feel, I have gained about 15-20 pounds, it's so frustrating because I always told myself that once I had this surgery I wouldn't go back to my old eating habits.
  29. Thanks guys, a lot of times it gets me down thinking I have still a lot to lose. I will honestly say I think it's harder now then when we were newly sleeved since we can eat more, and the "honey moon phase" is over. I wish all that are struggling the best of luck.
