I had two nights when I tested the same theory. I skip the beer entirely and just stick to liquor. Had a great time and no problems. I did avoid the late night bar food.

I'm only 7 weeks post op but I can definitely tell a difference already and they can too.

I like the Oh Yeah shakes. I got them in the hospital and liked them so I ordered them on amazon. Get a couple different flavors. One flavor gets boring real fast.

Last time I was buying dress shirts, the sales guy tried to sell me something similar. He showed me the one he was wearing. Couldnt make myself do it. But he said he swore by them.

Just signed up. Just had my pre-op appointments and my surgery is scheduled for October 17. Definitely looking forward to it but I'm going to miss my beer.
