  1. I had one for the 1st model and hated it. Best keyboard, yes, but just made the iPad super heavy and bulky. I can type pretty well with the onscreen keyboard, and so I've just gone with a thin cover on the back and a smart cover on the front of my 3rd gen.
  2. My wife had the bad three years ago and did really well, and I was going to get it too, but then I saw how she stalled, and how she had to keep going back for fills and I didn't want the hassle. Sure, it's more invasive and things "could" go wrong, and you can't reverse it, but the more I looked at it, it seemed like exactly what I wanted. I wanted something I could get done, and then from there, learn how to eat right...not keep going back and forth to the doctor to add/remove fluids in a band.
  3. Try a protein bullet. Small 3oz fruity flavored protein shots. When I added those on day 3, I instantly felt much better and had some energy. I have these things called "Super Energy Shot" by Body Fortress that I have for breakfast while I'm on liquids.
  4. I don't have this, but I will be getting it. I want the Nike Fuel band, but not gonna pay $200 for something like that, and since I don't like wearing a watch, I wonder if I'd like wearing that, so I keep coming back to the fitbit.
  5. Today's gonna be easy. All I'm thinking is "tomorrow I feast on pudding!"
  6. Yeah boy! Moved here almost seven years ago. Chiefs fan first, Texans second, but still...excited about this season also! AJ's a BEAST! Hopefully Schaub will be back to normal!
  7. I buy the snack packs for my kiddos but if I didn't, they'd help me finish off pudding.
  8. Wow...you're daring! I came to work for the first time today, and have done really well. I need to find out from my doctor's office what exactly I need to be shooting for, for Protein, etc, a day. I found these great 3oz protein bullets, and just want to make sure I do everything by the book as long as I can. I've spent way too much money (all out of pocket), and want this to work so bad, that I don't want to jeapordize anything. I can't wait for Thursday though, as that's gonna be pudding DAY!!! My favorite thing to eat now is sugar-free banana pops. Can't get enough and they're only 10 cals! BOOYAH!
  9. Had my sleeve on 4/12 and surprisingly only hurt for about a day or two. Feeling good when I eat/drink. It's hard being around the people eating other things tho, as my nose still works and it smells great! Haven't weighed myself yet, bug know I already lost weight and am focusing on healing and learning now, not the numbers...YET. Looking for friends to just chit chat with.
  10. How are you doing since your surgery? Hopefully you're doing well!
