  6. Just saw the surgeon today. I lost 4 lbs since surgery January 20, 2015. I'm still a little sore on my left side (inside), which makes sleeping on my stomach impossible, but other than that I'm doing pretty well. 6 more days of clear liquids and protein and then pureed foods!!!! Congratulations @Bringing-sexy-back.
  7. I'm 1 week Post op too!!!! Congrats to@@dellagracie and @lucy0911. I've been taking premier protein shakes since I was discharged. Week 3 is when i start pureed foods. I see the doc tomorrow. Hoping he will add something else to my diet. Than just liquids, broth, and the protein shakes.

  22. Oh that it all I had so far today on my clear liquid diet. My friend is making the chicken broth. I'm having the broth my son is having tacos. I went on my own diet a week before. I lost about seven pounds. Don't know for sure because my scale is broken. It says I weigh 150.2...lol. Anyways I just needed to make sure my weight was around the same when I visited the surgeon in early October. I'm sure I made it.
  23. @@texaslady89 glad all is well with you.
  24. I only had a 1 day diet. Gatorade, jello, water. That's all I have had today...oh and my 3 tablespoons of milk of magnesia (yuck!!!)
