I'm 5'5" and usually wear a size 6 pant, medium top. I do have some size 4s and smalls. ????

Thanks everyone for sharing! I am so inspired by your before and after pics! Keep 'em coming. It makes me look forward to posting my own before and after's...of course I am one of those people that avoids a camera, so I'll have to make a point of doing a "before"

I bought my wedding dress 5 months ago and it was 3 sizes too small. Had the sleeve 4 months ago, and it fits today!!!!

First pic is the day I bought the dress, it barely fit over my head with the back completely open!

And the second is today! I still have some upper body fat to lose, but I have 4 months until the wedding!
