Two months post op. DOwn 52 pounds, 26 total inches and 13 pounds off my BMI. Went from morbidly obese to just obese!

Thank you! By before pic is my HW at 270. I lost 40 of that before surgery in May. And I'm 5'1. As of this morning, I'm at 170, which means I've officially lost 100lbs now!!

Ohhh wow! How flipping awesome! I'm 5'3" so I was curious. My highest weight was 301 & last night I weighed 226!! I think the day of surgery I weighed 273 so I've lost 47 since surgery. I can't wait to hit onederland!!!! Keep me posted! Congrats again!

I've already lost 50lbs on the pre diet my date is next week on the 23rd. I've been the big guy all my life now I'm looking forward to the change but worried at the same time! How much cardio did you do?
