I've already lost 50lbs on the pre diet my date is next week on the 23rd. I've been the big guy all my life now I'm looking forward to the change but worried at the same time! How much cardio did you do?

Very inspiring picture.... We're you worried about being so thin?I tried but got the date wrong. I work out of state a lot so it's hard for me to be available mid week. The Dr. Said it would be ok since he saw i did try to make it to at least one. I also showed him I'm a part of several online support groups!My date is Oct 23rd. It's a process and being patient is a very big part of it. I started in April got my approval in June got my date in Aug started my pre-op diet In Sept.
