  1. Has any one else been on testosterone injections and how post-op did that change things? Or we're you able to get off them altogether? As far as the Size conversation, my wife is kind of apprehensive about me gaining more inches but I'm looking forward to it!
  2. MKAK, I've looked at the Fuel band and no there is no point system with the Up Band. I was speaking of 10,000 steps a day goal.
  3. My wife is very supportive, this morning I wanted a regular breakfast of grits eggs and bacon. She made me walk 2 miles to get it. I had to show her my steps and miles on my app before I could eat! I'm not sure of the points system ill look it up!
  4. I have the Up by Jawbone and I se mine at 10000. I've met my goal a few times but usually my average is 6000.

  7. Great Congrats!!! My Dr. Has me doing a 4 week liquid protein (Shakes & soups) diet. Are you doing anything similar?
  8. I was told only the 5 Opti-fast products a day. I've been trying already on my own with protein shakes out the store and the hunger headaches have got me around late day. I've done a shake for breakfast lunch and snack with sensible dinner so far that seems ok. I
  9. Yes... He's cool, he made me feel very comfortable! This will be my first ever operation, I've NEVER had to wear the hospital gown before. Is he your Dr. As well?
  10. Just got my date. Oct. 23 Moresville, NC I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I've never been admitted in a hospital or had to wear a gown in my life! No to mention the 4 week pre-op diet.
