Wonder what the carbs, calories, protein equivalents are and what is a serving size. I need to post to my fitness pal.

I built the recipe into MFP as I made it. It made 6 servings. Each serving was 88 calories, 4 g fat, 3.3g carbs, 9.2g protein.

I saw the recipe and I decided to do it. It very good and it taste like lasagna.

Shelly's Baked Ricotta

8 oz of Ricotta cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1 large Egg, beaten

1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup Marinara Sauce

1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg, seasonings together and place in a oven proof dish. Pour marinara on top and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake it in the oven @ 450 for about 20-25 minutes (best) or nuke it till hot and bubbly. I usually made it first in the oven and heated the leftovers in the microwave[/quote']

Hi. The nutrition values are already built In to Myfitnesspal. Its so tasty!

I can't wait to try this but I think I will try the muffin pan style. I bought a frozen dinner the other night and just squeezed the filling out of the canneloni pasta. It was amazing!

Yumm! I do tried it! It was good :) I made them in a cupcake pan on some I added a wonton wrap to the bottom, put a little sauce then ricotta mix more sauce on top then the cheese. To make them like lasagna. They came out good too! Thanks for sharing the recipe :)

Looks Great! I made one last week with grilled chicken pieces and, though I only ate a few ounces the rest was gone from my son. He's such a piglet! <_<

Oh yum! I'm trying this today :)

Having this for lunch.....my hub is going nuts. Didn't tell him I used fat free ricotta. YUMMO

I looked up Shelly's ricotta bake on my fitness pal and it said 128 cal for 1/2 cup using no. Fat ricotta. I used skim ricotta.

I make it with meat sauce for more protein in single serve ramekins. I bake them in the oven until bubbly and browned, like lasagna. It feels so decadent! Can't beat it when you are craving pizza, lasagna, anything Italian.

To those that have made this recipe: Do you use reduced fat cheeses? At what stage did you first eat this? Soft food stage?

Thanks
