  1. Looking wonderful! Idk about you but I think this journey just gets easier every day
  2. Hey girly! I'm 20, and I also told everyone haha I vlog it on youtube. I'm so proud of what I'm doing, and I want my friends and family to be able to track my progress. Not to mention I didn't want them to think I am losing weight because of drugs haha (sad reality for our age). So far 60 pounds down in 3 months, absolute best decision I've ever made! No loose skin yet, just flab still haha. Hopefully being young helps that though If you wanna know anything else or just want to talk hit me up!!
  3. I feel like it's been forever since I've been on here!! lol I'm nearly 3 months out of surgery, and 57 pounds down. Just feeling so freaking great So glad everyone is doing so well!
  4. Weight bore surgery: 255 Date of surgery: june 27th 2012 Current Weight: 208 Goal weight for oct 31st: 193 Good luck everyone, we can do it!
  5. Congrats!!
  6. I literally stalled for like over two weeks, it was horrible! It does pass though, don't worry
  7. PJ You just let me know haha It's rough but it's soooo worth it
  8. Don't worry this is so normal! I had so many nervous breakdowns the first few weeks, thinking about what I had done. You get over that sooo fast though! I couldn't be happier with my decision. I feel wonderful now, with no pain of any kind. Plus you start losing that excess weight and you can't believe you ever doubted it in the first place! Praying for you!
  9. I was sleeved june 27th and am at a stall as well :/ trying to hard to break it with no luck yet.
  10. I was on my TOM during surgery -__- lol it will all get better and be so worth it
  11. Me too! I've been in a stall that's lasted a little over a week now :/ don't get discouraged! It's all part of the individual process
  12. I just bought some and oh my goodnes it's soo good!! It brings me back to eating those little packs of cheese and crackers as a young child
  13. I had some wicked bruises lol they were like dark dark purple. I'd say it's normal especially if you aren't experiencing severe pain.
  14. PPIs are like prilosec and things of that nature to help reduce acid/ prevent ulcers in our pouches
  15. Oh man Territravel I'm the exact same way, I eat entirely too fast sometimes out of habit and BAM instant regret.
  16. Down 1.8 this week after stalling a few days. hoping it's just my body adjusting
  17. And then bake it obviously haha
  18. What I really like to do is take chicken breast strips, coat them with just enough olive oil mayo, then sprinkle them with bread crumbs. It is moist and delicious! Just for those times when you really have a hankering
  19. Hahah you guys are awesome. Love it!!
  20. Except that we're not really supposed to have carbonation :/ lol
  21. You look wonderful! Congrats!
  22. I had foamies the first time I did that too! lol it was so gross. I definitely won't do that again!
  23. I would agree that it's a maturity thing, but not an age thing. I'm 19 and I'm doing just fine. However, the idea of having such a life altering change at a young age may seem a little more drastic so I can see why people my age would be freaking out a little more.
  24. I'm 20 Just got sleeved june 27th! woohoo! You can do it, it's amazing to feel better after losing some weight!
