It Is Just So Hard To Believe..
That you can come so far in just four weeks. I looked back at an old pic and a new one side by side and almost cried! It is just so surreal!

Vitamin Water..
I'd say go for it! They don't have any calories/fat/sugar. If they are on sale for that cheap I would totally take advantage. I myself just stick with G2, but even the vitamin water zero is better for you than those lol

Commercials
Oh man do I hear that! I did the same thing and had a serious nervous breakdown. I cried like twice the first week and a half. haha but I told myself exactly what you are! Eating what you aren't supposed to is NOT worth all the trouble we had to go through. I mean surgery, hello! lol You just have to stay strong, maybe change the channel when they come on, or even read a book blah blah. You can do it though, but it's so hard at first

Protein Shake Question

Birth Control Pills And Surgery?
For whatever reason, I was told not to go off of birth control for surgery. The nurse said it was imperative to not get pregnant, so I needed to continue taking them.

Need Advice Im 21 Yrs Old And Im 3 Weeks Post-Op And Im Getting Tired That I Can't Have At Least One Bite Of Foods I Love.
I'll be the first person to admit I have a food addiction, but that doesn't mean you will fail! It just means we have to work reallyyy hard! I miss those foods so badly, I had a nervouse break down like a week ago because of it. As each day goes on though I feel better and better. We just have to tell ourselves that we literally have to stick to the diet, and yeah that is gonna be harder for us than some people. I just don't think they are coming from a place of judgement, just worried that if people stick to their old diet it won't work. Which is ultimately true, but we can do it! That's the thing, we just have to be strong

Aww hun, there's no need to be so defensive. I don't think anyone is trying to judge you, and no one on here as any right to. We all have struggles, and I'm 20 and definitely have a food addiction. It has been hard, but obviously so worth it. I mean we are losing this weight, and it's gonna be hard. We've got this though, we have more control over it than you would even imagine
