  1. Congrats!!
  2. I literally stalled for like over two weeks, it was horrible! It does pass though, don't worry
  3. PJ You just let me know haha It's rough but it's soooo worth it
  4. Don't worry this is so normal! I had so many nervous breakdowns the first few weeks, thinking about what I had done. You get over that sooo fast though! I couldn't be happier with my decision. I feel wonderful now, with no pain of any kind. Plus you start losing that excess weight and you can't believe you ever doubted it in the first place! Praying for you!
  5. I was sleeved june 27th and am at a stall as well :/ trying to hard to break it with no luck yet.

  9. I had some wicked bruises lol they were like dark dark purple. I'd say it's normal especially if you aren't experiencing severe pain.
  10. PPIs are like prilosec and things of that nature to help reduce acid/ prevent ulcers in our pouches
  11. Oh man Territravel I'm the exact same way, I eat entirely too fast sometimes out of habit and BAM instant regret.
  12. And then bake it obviously haha
  13. What I really like to do is take chicken breast strips, coat them with just enough olive oil mayo, then sprinkle them with bread crumbs. It is moist and delicious! Just for those times when you really have a hankering
  14. Hahah you guys are awesome. Love it!!
  15. Except that we're not really supposed to have carbonation :/ lol

  17. I had foamies the first time I did that too! lol it was so gross. I definitely won't do that again!
  18. I would agree that it's a maturity thing, but not an age thing. I'm 19 and I'm doing just fine. However, the idea of having such a life altering change at a young age may seem a little more drastic so I can see why people my age would be freaking out a little more.
  19. I'm 20 Just got sleeved june 27th! woohoo! You can do it, it's amazing to feel better after losing some weight!
