  1. I have been adding these to my daily meals. One in the morning and one early evening. My hair loss has almost stopped and I credit it from being able to get enough protein in.
  2. I was able to eventually see the thin girl but I still freak out when I walk past a window and catch a reflection of myself and see this tiny person. I went from an 18 to a size 4. Recently bought a pair of size 2 shorts and was shocked when they fit. I'll shop for clothes and hold up jeans thinking they won't fit and yet they do. The shock factor still hasn't worn off a year after surgery.
  3. I was there last June. I swear their popsicles were made from papaya juice. I love papaya juice! The broth was to die for.
  4. My husband has called them his mating calls. Yes, yes I too am a master farter.
  5. I agree. Ladies, goodnight. I see some trashy Investigation Discovery TV calling my name. Sent from my BNTV600 using VST
  6. Bwwaaahhaaaaa! Sent from my BNTV600 using VST
  7. So cool. Where do you find a hedge hog? How are they around kids? Silly questions but I'm intrigued. Sent from my BNTV600 using VST
  8. That is what I meant by derogatory. Its an offensive word that makes me want to sanitize my ears. Can I see more pics of the hedge hog? What a cool pet! Sent from my BNTV600 using VST
  9. Very, very derogatory. Sent from my BNTV600 using VST

  11. Missy part of it is genetics. I had always been tall and curvy but started putting on weight in the last 12 years so as I lost the weight, I just returned to what I used to look like, minus any muscle tone. I could be crucified for saying this but I don't exercise regularly. I really do want to start using weights and walk but I have to get clearance from my neurosurgeon because I had neck surgery this month.
  12. Aww shucks, I'm really blushing.
  13. Awwww thank you skinny girl You will get to your goal. I remember reading posts and wishing I would lose weight quicker. But before I knew it, I was dropping sizes like crazy. That was the fun part, belting my larger pants
  14. Thank you I had the 3 butterflies tattooed over the surgical site from the sleeve. The vine tattoo across my belly is from a tummy tuck in 2007. I have not had any surgery since weight loss. You can't really tell in the pictures but I have loose skin in my arms and breast. My heaviest was 240. I was 215 on DOS. My weight is stabilized around 143.
  15. You also do not want to be on a plane when you are so severly dehydrated. You have higher risks for blood clots. Please go to the ER for a liter or two of fluids. You will feel better and then fly home Sent from my BNTV600 using VST
  16. Personally I liked it some of the protein supplements do have a weird after taste though.
  17. Sorry, I don't type on my Nook so well. Sent from my BNTV600 using VST
