I've been on mine for a week. I drink 3 Protein shakes and a light meal. I haven't been real hungry. I guess I'm so nervous about getting sleeved that I'm not that hungry you'll do fine. If I can do it the whole world can do it

Hiya...I'm in Scotland and the only preop diet is a similar to the Atkins diet...so yeah low carbs for about 10 days...first day tomorrow:0 I'm now thinking seriously about the wine diet!! Hahaha

I am doing ten days as well. I was in Disney when I started but did ok (Disney is NOT the land of no carbs people lol). Im actually already down a couple of pounds and it's been a very busy social calendar so that feels good.

I'll be in your neck of the woods come spring . Let's hope we are both at goal or close then!

Wow I cant believe it 4 more sleeps until the sleeve. My first day on liquids is good so far, i even went to Breakfast and dinner with my musband and friends without any longing for food(does this happen later perhaps).

Found that the muscle milk is actually tolerable, Ohyeah Protein drink was gross but i made it through.

Well pre op diet here I come two weeks away from the second step of becoming me again:) first step is this preop.... And I guess actually boarding the plane is recommended lol so technically three steps till I am on the other side and healing;) have a good day everyone
