I need to sign up for my fitness pal. I am not good with apps though. Is it a pain to use?

You know...in general I like it for my iPad, though I wish it would allow me to chose my carb levels. So far it's easy to use though and I can work around that (I'm on 40 carbs preop). I can see that post it will be nice for protein etc.

Its really easy. You can scan the barcodes on the things you are logging instead of searching for everything. Saves a lot of time.

If you log into myfitnesspal.com you can change a lot of your settings that you can't on your mobile device...

I'm on day 3 too, but find myself fighting the urges while I'm at work and find it easier while I'm at home. From what people have told me, the first 3 days are the hardest, then from there its a breeze. Totally understand the venting, my friends hear it from me.
