Im 27 got my surgery on aug 21 I'm in Philly my name is Christina hi

My doctor told me 6 months. But my stepdad had gastric bypass and he was drinking at like 2 months

I got my surgery last Tuesday the 21st. I've never threw up not even at the hospital. I only realized That I could do this because I had to get a pill down. I've been trying to get 60 oz a day and I've been barely getting 40 tomorrows a new day I'm gonna continue the new way I drink so I can get it all in

I confess that I am 1 week out and am not hungry but I will chew up food and spit it out then rinse my mouth. Can't wait to eat some eggs next week! At least it's some kind of food

So happy I can do that. Sipping water All DAY long can be annoying esspecially with my toddler always trying to sip it to and then spilling it all over

I feel the same way! I feel normal again like it never happened. I thought my insides would feel a bit different but they don't

My surgeon gave me little shot cups they are 1 oz each she told me to drink it every 15 min. That way I get 4 oz an hour. For the past few days I would have to sip it like 4 times now I can take It in 2 sips

I just got home from surgery and i now know what head hunger is. there are cookies on the kitchen table that i would so love to eat. i know im not hungry and it would hurt like crazy to eat anything. im just venting.

Got my surgery at 9 woke up around 12 in so much pain but I'm feeling a lot better now tomorrow starts my clear liquids anybody else who got theirs today how u doing

I'm in the hospital about to get my sleeve. I could barely sleep last night and did a major cleaning spree through my house. I'm pretty nervous just about the actual surgery itself. Can't wait for it to be done so I can see my daughter again. My surgeon told me to be here at 630am so I dropped her off with her grandparents last night. I just hope everything goes great.

Me 2 in Philadelphia pa @ 630am at Pennsylvania hospital wish me luck when I got the call I got super nervous sh*t just got real! Lol I've started a cleaning spree at home. My heart was beating so fast this is my first surgery ever. Wish me luck and good luck to everyone else

Height 5'5 Tw 242 Cw 235 Surgery date is aug 21 this Tuesday I would like to be around 130-140 that would be fantastic

Be been doing good on my preop diet and I have 4 days till surgery my sister left out some McDonald's cause she bought to much and I ate it :/ I was feeling so hungry I'm ashamed I did it. But anyway I ate basically a kids meal does anyone think this will affect my surgery in 4 days? Anyone slip during preop diet?

I get sleeved on the 21st I'm on my pre op diet right now lost 7lbs in 4 days so far so good I still wanna tear up a cheeseburger at times but I fight it. It's getting easier now the first 2 days were super hard and watching people eat sucks but now I'm use to it. Last night I went to 2 birthday party's and didnt eat a thing not even a tiny piece of cake. So proud of myself can't wait for the new me

I'm getting my surgery on the 21st I'm on day 3 of my liquid diet and was doing great while I was at work but when I get home I wanna order out so bad I know I need to do this to lose weight...just need to vent
