Heck yea, that's one little bit of progress that really makes a lot of things easier.

Good work, the first day I was home I had to keep two buckets near me, for the times when I would chug, and then stop , spit it out, before I swallowed it. I used to chug throw back pepsi, and now I sip on a glass of water like its some kind of expensive wine. LoL.

So happy I can do that. Sipping Water All DAY long can be annoying esspecially with my toddler always trying to sip it to and then spilling it all over

How far out from surgery are you?

I got my surgery last Tuesday the 21st. I've never threw up not even at the hospital. I only realized

That I could do this because I had to get a pill down. I've been trying to get 60 oz a day and I've been barely getting 40 tomorrows a new day I'm gonna continue the new way I drink so I can get it all in
