I can’t believe surgery day is tomorrow, I’m a little anxious about what’s to follow after surgery. (Mainly the pain)

  • Had my surgery 10/27 and I’m feeling good. Very minimum pain and I hope it stays that way! Good luck!

Good luck to you and it is totally normal to feel anxiety right now. Resolve to stay on top of your pain meds (take them by the clock) this will help you keep control of any pain.

actually, most people report little to no pain with these surgeries -- although they'll send you home with pain medication. If you're one of the people who does have pain from this, just take the meds when you're supposed to to keep on top of it. It'll just last the first few days, and the meds will help a lot. But the majority of us seem to have little pain from this - I had almost none.

All the best to you today! I am sure it will go well!
