  1. I can’t believe surgery day is tomorrow, I’m a little anxious about what’s to follow after surgery. (Mainly the pain)
  2. The sister I speak of is my identical twin sister and she seems upset with not even talking about it with her , and told me to postpone my surgery because I won’t have any help from her. I’m not postponing. I’m not sure how much help I will need but I’m very nervous because I don’t know what to expect.
  3. I’ve noticed the closer I get to my surgery date, one of my sisters whom I live with has not been very supportive at all. She’s actually been causing a lot of stress. I am 2 weeks away from surgery.
  4. I received my surgery date yesterday! I will be having surgery October 28, 2020.
  5. I will be starting the process for Weight-Loss Surgery!!!! I get my email for orientation for the classes I will be taking at Kaiser Permanente by email.
  6. Hi! I live in the Inland Empire and also have kaiser. I will be going to see my primary doctor today and will be asking to get a referral to get bariatric surgery. Do you have any advice as to what type of questions I should ask and is Kaiser in the IE fairly easy to get an approval? Also, what is the process for the surgery? I have high blood pressure which recently I ended up in the emergency room. I have other health issues related to my weight and have tried several diets and I am currently on weight watchers for the past year but have done weight watchers on and off since 2009.
