Had my sleeve on the 13th, and I really feel great. Was in pain for a few hours post surgery, but since then I've been feeling great, I can drink kinda fast and can already eat mushy foods

Mine is on the 13th as well! I'm meeting with a nurse and a physiotherapist tomorrow to go through everything during op and post op [emoji16]

One week left of liquid diet, fits perfectly with my church's one week of fast and prayer [emoji16] [emoji120] How's everyone doing? [emoji4]

I'm starting the pre-op diet on the 29th. Not really looking forward to it ? But I can't wait to have the surgery!

I was scheduled to have my surgery in April, but due to the pandemic it was postponed. But I just got my date, October 13th Looking for my fellow autumnal surgery buddies

Yeah, that is difficult for me too. But then I remember that I'm in this position because of my unhealthy relationship with food, and I want change. We can do it

week 1 has gone really well I do feel a bit of hunger here and there, but it's not too bad. And I'm already down 4-5kg (8-10lbs I think?)
