Weight loss in feet?

Is it possible to lose weight in your feet? I’m starting to notice that some of my shoes fit bigger than normal. I will admit my feet used to swell before VGS surgery but it wasn’t every day. I’m not complaining, just shocked !

yes. Some people even go down a size or two. My size stayed the same, but I now wear a medium instead of a wide.

Yep, two sizes.

Also lost weight/swelling in my hands. My ring size drastically changed.

Now that you mention it, I think I have too.

Yes, I've gone down 1 size. When I was thin I was even 1.5 sizes smaller than now.

Absolutely. You lose weight everywhere. Feet and hands included.

Absolutely! Formerly a 9-9.5W. Now a regular 8.5.

I didn't lose a size. I'm still a 39.5 or 40 in my shoes which was a blessing because I have truck loads of shoes, ROFL.

My feet did not shorten any but I went from. C/D width down to a B. with a HEEL of AA-AAA, that's what I wore when 17 and graduated from High School 56 years ago- Yippee- Skippee- YAY for ME!
