I'm 54 and just had surgery 4 months ago and I'm in my second stall already and have only lost 35 pounds so far post -op, but I have faith that it will continue if I just keep doing what I'm doing.
Today marks 3 weeks post bypass for me, and although I'm not in a stall per se, I am losing very very slowly. I'm 57 and post menopausal so that may have something to do with it. I'm eating approx 55-90 gm protein a day and still in purees. I need assurance that if I keep working my plan I will eventually lose weight. Any successful slow losers out there?
