Weekends are totes harder. So much fun, so little willpower. LOLOLOLOL.

I look forward to my M-Thurs routines cuz they are familiar and comfortable. I have control in them and know what to expect. But the weekends?

Hold. Me.

#failingweekends

Weekends are healthier. Better sleep excellent lots of laughter and natural dynamic movement. Weekdays are constructed worktime work travel time exercise time etc. etc. etc. Blah blah blah.

#15 Teat Yo' Self:

Well, that's a coincidence. I had a 90 min massage this morning after the gym, and lo and behold today was a treat yourself day for this challenge. So.....Treat completed!

B-side: i find dietary efforts to be about the same, effort-wise, for both weekends and weekdays. But I guess if I had to choose, I'd say weekends would be a smidge harder only because they are a little less predictable. Though the ever present beef jerky in my purse can always be counted on. I've also started carrying around a teeny ziplock of a single serving of protein powder for other just-in-case situations.

Went to the gym had a decent workout. Briefly met my personal trainer who I have my first meeting with on Friday. Did the crunches and squats at home.

I’m lucky, I feel like I treat myself everyday. I guess today I took a shortcut and grabbed Jimmy John turkey unwich no mayo xtra turkey. It’s only 125 calories and fills me up.

I’m super nervous, I’m buying a new scale this week. If I weigh more on it I’m going to ignore it until it matches what I have now!

B side: No big difference for me on weekends although we usually go out. I just plan ahead.

15. Squats and crunches accomplished. Treating myself: Just bought a plane ticket to go see my brother in September. Boy will he be surprised when he sees me! I also got a ticket to see Eddie Izzard next month. B-side - I find weekends harder because I have more free time and one of the ways I used to solve that was with food.

April 12, 13, 14 & 15th:

watched an old movie

I watched the final vignette from Four Rooms lolololololol so funny;

Got outside

decluttered

and treated myself to a bathing suit that was not a bikini (because I can't always be so bold)

14. I got rid of some clothes that are now too big

15. I treated myself to a new pair of shoes...because I wore a pair out this weekend.
So what are my 16th and 17th challenges? My copy had them cut off. ??
How about # 16 be Encourage someone else that's stalled currently? We all can stand a little encouragement from time⏰ to time!??

Truth is a good and desirable thing, shame some of our politicians never learned that. A saying from my younger days.
Pro Means for something
Con Means against something
So can we really expect Progress from Congress?

16. Haha. There is no 16 and here I am listening to some of my favorite tunes because I thought that was 16. LOL. Fun for two days in a row then. Got the plank and lunges done.
