Food Before and After Photos

  • Popular Post

Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet !

I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc

My food choices have been repetitive and too boring to photograph but this is something new: Kombucha and seltzer water. I dipped my toe back into carbonation and I’m enjoying the change. (Also Naan w/ havarti cheese, hummus and carrots.)

A lot of the recipes in that book are really tasty. This is the cover with the name.

Thank you! I like that it is family focused. I have not cooked anything beyond a girl dinner in a while. I think Early quarantine cooking really burned me out.

Date night! I chose Katz’s Deli to give my BF a sampling of a NYC landmark. Tuna salad half sandwich, potato knish, split pea soup and pickles (I had the soup) I think he liked it. ?

Croissant w/ turkey bacon and cheese

I’m always surprised (and annoyed) at how many calories are in the foods I make at home. I won’t be repeating this meal for a while. ? ?

Ok so I lied. I did make the breakfast sandwich again (this time with egg instead of cheese). It was either this or eat a block of goat cheese with pretzels or 8 mini snickers. I’m avoiding grocery shopping. Anyone else eating really random stuff out of laziness?

all. the. time.

case in point. this was "dinner" - slash - movie snacks a couple days ago cuz we were both too lazy and not very hungry at the same time: a suacer of random candies from the pantry:

clockwise from top: polvoron, reeces peices, trader joes chocolate covered espresso beans, mini reeces peanut butter cup, a ferraro roche, and candied pumpkin seeds.

dont judge us!

shared it with Mr. over a couple hours watching "Asteroid City". Aside: thumbs up for the movie from him, thumbs "meh" from me. but he always likes the kooky movies lol.

No judgement here! I realized that sometimes if I have to cook I’d rather not eat ?

Also I’ll take your side on Asteroid City (having never seen it ?) I hate all Wes Anderson films, except The Squid and The Whale.
