I know I’ve already updated on my progress, but today was a substantial day for me. I’ve been the same number, and same pant size for a while. Stalls don’t bother me. However for some reason I looked in the mirror today and just felt different. It was a “wow, you look like a completely different person!” moment.

For those of you waiting for, or suffering through the first few weeks... it DOES get better.one day you will wake up, and suddenly realize you have a whole new life waiting for you. It’s a wonderful feeling!

Thanks! I feel like I've lost most of my weight there LOL! In fact, the first few weeks were so weird because it came from there first so I had this tiny head and big ol body. Thankfully the rest of me is starting to slim up a bit to match

Thanks everyone! I am seeing more and more of the OLD me, the woman I was before obesity. It’s like finding a long lost friend. It’s an amazing journey!
