Best decision I've made in my life.

I'm down 75 kg (165 lb) in around 11 months and working for the last 17 kg to reach my goal weight.

A small advice to all weight stuck sleevers, GYM GYM GYM !

OMG you look awesome!!! I'm 11 months post op too. I've lost 105 lbs so far. Ice for to get back in the gym. I lost my sister recently (she was a sleeved by only 3 weeks before she passed) and it has had me really down. I'm really happy for you. Great job!!!
