11 month post-op - Before and After pics

Best decision I've made in my life.

I'm down 75 kg (165 lb) in around 11 months and working for the last 17 kg to reach my goal weight.

A small advice to all weight stuck sleevers, GYM GYM GYM !

SW: 176.6 kg (389 lbs)

CW: 102 kg (224 lbs)

GW: 85 kg (187 lbs)

    Looking fab, I'm at the start I have my op on 27 th of Feb, how long after could you go to the gym sWimming, and many times a week did you go the gym. X
