11 month post-op - Before and After pics
cool man. the first couple of months will be a little bit hard, but you're about to enter a wonderful phase in your life. You'll feel down sometimes, but it's all worth it when you see yourself in the mirror after a while :-)

Actually my doctor said i can go swimming after around 2 weeks post-op, the same with cardio training. But i had to wait to 6 months to start weight lifting. I usually go 3 to 4 times a week, it depends. I still from time to time cheat a little bit lol but the most important thing is to always exercise. it's always the solution for weight loss stalls.

Best decision I've made in my life. I'm down 75 kg (165 lb) in around 11 months and working for the last 17 kg to reach my goal weight. A small advice to all weight stuck sleevers, GYM GYM GYM ! SW: 176.6 kg (389 lbs) CW: 102 kg (224 lbs) GW: 85 kg (187 lbs)

how long is the Gastric Sleeve surgery ?
I removed my gallbladder along with the sleeve. My surgeon told me that the op. took around 2h and i started to wake up after 3h. However, I still felt a little bit drugged. It took me around 6 hours after the op. to like officially wake up and see who was around.
