  1. Glad you are doing so well
  2. It will start falling again. Don't give up now. Your body is just getting use to what has happened to it. Just watch it will start falling again
  3. Glad to see you are doing so well. I'm down 35 lbs. Had my sleeve done Jan. 18th. Lost 15 in a 14 day pre-op.
  4. Wow. You did wonderful. Took me 14 days to lose that.
  5. It all has to do with your weight and BMI. I had to do 10 days but I started 4 days earlier and came myself 2 weeks on the pre-opposite. But that's why some have to be on it longer to have time for their liver to shrink
  6. I lost 15 lbs on a 2 week pre-op. It's been 5 weeks today since surgery and I have lost another 18 lbs. It's not dropping like I thought it would. But they say it will. Your body just has to get adjusted to what's happening to it
  7. Yes you can. They want you to get between 60 to 100 grams of protein
  8. I lost 15 lbs in my 2 week pre-op but I was also eating my 4oz of protein meat in the evening with either a vegetable or salad
  9. That's great. But when you do just drink very little. That said since we have small stomachs now it wouldn't take much to get drunk. I love Margaritas and leave on a cruise in two weeks with free drinks in the casino. But guess what. Lol. Not this trip. But glad you are going to wait.
  10. My doctor said to wait 6 months before any drinking. Be careful cause they say it doesn't take much for the alcohol to hit you Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using BariatricPal mobile app
  11. You go girl. Congrats. It's been 6 weeks with pre-op and all for me and I'm down 34 lbs. Keep up the good work. Your looking good. I've got another 100 to go myself. Will send a picture later. Have not taken any after pictures yet. I was only to do 10 day pre-op but did 14. It's only been 4 weeks since surgery so having really been doing pictures yet Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using BariatricPal mobile app
  12. Good luck. One day we will all be skinny. Yay. Had my surgery on 1/18/17. Pre-op and all I'm down 31lbs Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using BariatricPal mobile app
  13. Your going to be fine. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow for me and your not going to be able to eat and drink like you use too. I still have trouble eating. But as long as im losing weight that was the idea of the surgery. In time you will be able to eat a little more but have to watch what you eat and how much to keep you weight down. Don't won't to stretch out you new stomach. Just give it time. Don't worry Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using BariatricPal mobile app
  14. I had surgery 1/18/17. Pre-op and all I'm down 30 lbs Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using BariatricPal mobile app
  15. How awesome Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using BariatricPal mobile app
  16. I was in very little pain. The air ride home didn't bother me. I hope all goes well for you too. I have never felt better. It's amazing how just 22lbs gone makes a different. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using the BariatricPal App
  17. I had surgery on Jan. 18th in Mexico. Had mine financed. I have never seen the care that they give you in a US hospital. They are wonderful over there. Between my pre-op and the surgery I'm already down 22lbs. I would go to Mexico for any other surgery. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using the BariatricPal App
