just sleeved 2/10 and can barely reach my liquid intake

im freaking out because its so hard to keep liquids down. everyone is saying this is normal and ill one day be able to get food down. but that seems impossible to me right now. can anyone please give me some words of hope from their own experiences??

Do not worry, I had the same, just be patient and sip Water every 5-10 minutes.

It is individually, for some people yes.

im hoping it gets better.. people i talked to says everyday it will get easier so im hoping it will. everytime i do drink something i have a BM and i feel like all the nutrients i gave my body ends up leaving my body [emoji27]

Someone On here mentioned Milk of Magnesia. I took some and walked the steps, i had a bowel movement the next morning and I felt so much better!!!

Keep a Water by your bed at night too. If u get thirsty in the middle of the night take a sip.

I was in panic mode just a few days out, too. That problem went away by about Day 6/7. It's been 3 weeks now and I feel awesome! Also 27 lbs down. Stick with the liquids as long as you can! It's so worth it.
