@@Smye My two cents worth, I like the photo with the link. It's only a click to your blog and then you don't have to be doing everything twice, and it brings people to your blog as well. Many kudos to you for doing this for all of us.

@@Smye I think leaving the original recipies is fine. I love the evolution that happened right here on the forum and ended up being a brand new amazing blog and possibly a cookbook! It is a lot of fun to read just the way it is. :)

What an amazing thread! I have no idea how I missed it. Thank you @@Smye for sharing your talents with everyone. I've already copied several of your recipes to my diabetic father (not obesity related) to try.

I can't wait to try them myself. Or better yet, carry your ass over to my house and get busy in my kitchen!

@, welcome aboard and congrats on your sleeve (regardless of whether you're pre or post)!

Let me know if there's anything in particular you want to see - whether a specific dish or a larger category. Before too much longer I'll be incorporating more foods from Southeast Asia, India, and other locales reflecting my favorite foods on the site - so speak up if there's something you are craving.

@@jess9395, let me know what you think. The pizza crust is a bit different from the Caulibread, but I imagine it'll still work.

@@Salonboi, glad to hear it!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
