@@mrsmith901 I am awaiting my approval as well....when did your papers get submitted to insurance? Mine were submitted 1/12/15 with a two week turn around time.

1/9/15. Cigna told me they have 30 days but I am hoping its much less!

I am hoping for February... all my tests are scheduled for the next two weeks.

I am hoping for beginning to mid feb. I wanted it done in January, but ins approval was just done. I am waiting for the surgeon's office to call and schedule.

I just got my insurance approval today so now I am just waiting on the surgeon's office to get the approval and schedule the labs to get a date. They said they could have me in for labs within a week of getting the approval so hopefully I will be sleeved early February!

Had my phone apt with UHC nurse Rebekah from Minnesota. Very nice lady. She said I met all criteria. Only thing left for me was to meet with the Dr, do a psych eval, and any labs the KC Bariatrics center required. She anticipated I would be sleeved in 2 months or less. YAY ME!!

I´m hoping my op will be soon or in May the latest :)

I'm in my first month of supervised diet, can't wait for the months to pass. I've lost about 15 in the last three weeks. Anyone else just starting their journey?

Not until late October or early November for me, I need to wait for my 12 month waiting period with my insurance to be up

My pre-op visit is Feb 2 and I have a weekend getaway planned for Valentine's Day, so I am hoping for the beginning of March. That should give me enough time for the pre-op diet and I will hopefully be recovered and feeling good by the time the kids go on spring break.

Looking at March or April here

Those 12 months will go by sooo fast. I had to also do the 12 months Feb 5 will be my last month then they will summit to the insurance hoping it all goes well and I can have surgary I'm march.

I honestly don't know what month mine will be. I have seen Nut (twice) and psych and need to see psych and exercise specialist in March. I have no idea what will come after that. Any ideas? Lol
