I usted To love eating
I am 3 months post op, and my relationship with food has changed. I just don't care about it anymore. I eat small amounts of what I want, and leave it at that. I aim for high protein, and lots of liquids. If I feel especially needy, I will have a little popcorn, it makes me feel like I had a treat. We have to learn how to look at food in more of an eat to live way, and less of a live to eat.

Can't do anymore protein!
Try Isopure, and mix it with something. I have used Crystal Light, G2, and Iced Tea. I cut it in half, so 1/2 a bottle, or 10oz of Isopure, with 10oz mixer. 20g of protein, and 20oz fluids!! I sip it all day, adding ice as I go. I have only tried Grape Frost, and Iced Tea Lemon.

Pain in large incision area worsening
At about 3 weeks, your large incision can begin to be super painful for a week or so. There is a stitch, deep in the muscle there that is healing. Almost everyone has it, and the severity of the pain, seems to depend on your activity level.

Feelings too weak to exercise
I was told to limit exercise until I was getting all my fluids, and protein in. I was also told to stop when I felt tired.

Isopure drinks
If you can find one you like, I suggest buying them by the case from Vitamin Shoppe. Most days I drink half a bottle, mixed with 10oz of whatever makes it taste better it's an excellent way to get 20g of protein, and 20 oz of fluids!

Isopure drinks
I have tried Grape, and Iced Tea Lemon. Both need to be diluted, or mixed with something. It is a great source of protein, and fluids.

How many people kept Weight Loss Surgery a secret ?
I told my parents, my kids, my closest friends, and my aunt. If people want to ask what I am doing to lose weight, I will tell them portion control, and exercise. That is the truth, and my psych actually suggested it. The truth is, like diet, and exercise, the sleeve is only a tool. This is one of the hardest things I have done. I am 6 weeks out, and food is an issue. Getting all my fluids in is an issue. Nausea, and puking after eating can be an issue. This is not for the faint of heart. Dealing with judgement, or negativity is not something I feel like doing. I have not regretted my decision for a second.

More on Crazy Penny
Penny has serious control issues. Her husband is an enabler, with zero backbone, who can't work because he has to care for her. She needs some serious tough love, or her poor child will be burying her at a very young age.

Knives in my stomach!
I was told for the first few days to avoid bevs that were too hot, or too cold, as they can cause cramping.
