As soon as I hit puberty I started to gain slowly but surely. Went from 130 lbs my freshmen year in high school to 170 lbs by the time I graduated high school. I was active I played volleyball and I was in cheerleading but I was eating wrong. I went from 170 lbs to 270 lbs by the time I was done having my children. I am now 35 and tired of yo yoing my weight.. I lost 60 lbs in 5 months on Atkins but fell off the wagon when I got pregnant. I tried old fashioned working out and low calorie way of losing weight it worked for so long dropped 30 lbs then gained it all back again as soon as I stopped working out. My husband is active he is into cycling and I sit at home wishing I could join in with the family. I get depressed I hate getting my pictures taken. People pressure me into photos and I even sometimes get angry. There very few photos of me in my heavy years. When I look into the mirror I do not recognize myself that is NOT who I am. I try working out but as of this year I started having problems with hip pain and leg pain. Swimming is probably the only thing I can do without getting hurt anymore. My oldest son is a cross country runner and is in track too..he told me once I lose some weight he wants me to go jogging with him someday. This is my dream and I am set on making this happen. Cheers!
