  1. Hello All, I'm 5 weeks post op and I am struggling to exercise. Getting the Water and food in is rough for me, and I am struggling with daily. My doctors and support group say just do it and I will feel better and gain energy. My brain is fighting that notion. Can you please share your experiences around where I am at? Thanks

  4. Talked with my surgeon at my post op appointment today. .. he chuckled and said that's great! Isn't that the point?
  5. Hello All, I am 2 weeks and 2 days post op. My program introduced soft foods a week out. The first week was ok, but the last week food is just not appealing. I would rather drink protein shakes.. Do you think this is a problem or routine part of the process?
