February Sleevers - how are you doing?
Sleeved 2/24. HW: 301 SW: 277 CW: 257. 20lbs in one month isn't so bad. I stalled at week 3 for a week and a half. I am working out 5-6x a week for 60-90 minutes and eating around 500-600 calories a day. I average 60g of Protein a day. I need to work on getting my fluids in though!

When did you return to normal daily activities?
I am 8 days post op today and pretty much back to normal. I do get a little tired by the end of the day though between two kids and working full time, but its manageable.

I am in the same boat! I have my pre-registration appointment tomorrow at the hospital and we have had ice all week. Hopefully the roads are clear tomorrow morning!

Just got my approval letter and have a question
My surgeon said a liver biopsy is normally done while they are in there as a routine test. My approval called for a liver biopsy and "whatever necessary items" just to give them wiggle room if they get in there and need to stitch something or do something else.

Got my date, finally! & it's only 13 days away! 02/23/2015!
I am getting sleeved 2/24! I have to lose 5lbs and decided to put myself on a liquid diet to make sure I lose it. My surgeon does not require a pre-op liquid diet.

QQ for those with a 90 day supervised weight loss
Yeah it was a total of 4 appointments. The first one was the beginning where we discussed my diet/exercise plans and goals, one at 30 days, one at 60 days, and one at 90 days.

Did doing Weight Watchers eliminate your waiting period (Cigna)?
I had to do WW while checking in with my PCP once a month to have it approved. He filled out a form each visit discussing what I was doing diet and exercise wise and what we discussed.

Waiting to Exhale
Hope you all get answers soon! I am still waiting on a date. I go next week for labs, Feb 6th for a EGD, and then the week after that is my final consult and I will get a date. I hate being in somewhat limbo!

For those of you who don't know your date...
I just got my insurance approval today so now I am just waiting on the surgeon's office to get the approval and schedule the labs to get a date. They said they could have me in for labs within a week of getting the approval so hopefully I will be sleeved early February!

Cigna approved...but not everything
Thankfully it only took 5 business days! You are right, now I have to wait for the surgeon's office to get a copy of it.

Didn't Tell Work. Now It's a Problem! Calling All With Knowlege of HIPPA!
I wouldn't put it down. I had a similar question with I got my job and like someone else said, it was just making sure you weren't in a position that you wouldn't be able to handle due to health reasons. It wasn't relevant to my work but since they used the same form for people in the warehouses, it was on there.
