  1. I can't tolerate pizza, but like someone else said I do a low carb torilla pizza that I find very satisfying. I also swaped Pasta for zucchini spageti made with the vegeti. Saute it in the sauce of your choice and it tastes enough like pasta for me. They have other alternatives like edmane pasta, bean pastas. I had a few bites of pasta at a party, I do have to be careful as it is a trigger food for me

  4. I start soft foods today, im super nervous...but excited! I know what you mean, 3-4 weeks on liquid after a 2 week liquid diet has been wearing on me too.
  5. I stuck to my pre-op two week liquid diet 98 percent of the time. I think I ate a cheese stick once or twice, that was my only cheat... my doc made me scared that i needed to buckle down and shrink my liver... I am a scardy cat. Before pre-op i had some last meals... they were good

  8. I am a drink junkie and I am finding I'm not as needy for drinks in post op. And I can tak pretty good sips.
  9. I am Able to have yogurt just need to slow it up.
  10. 4 days post op I ate too much yogurt too fast. That sucked!!!
  11. Anyone's dog weirded out since they got home? Since I got home one off Chihuahuas, The one who is really my dog, is like standoffish and weirded out around me. Anyone experience this. Does it Go away. I miss my snuggle pup
  12. Everything I have is crushable. I made sure prior. It's not trouble taking it. It is nasty and it's hard not to gag on the taste
  13. No whole pills for me yet. I was told to crush or take apart if it is a capsule. So really only looking to see if a truly chewable version existed
  14. Here's to a crappy Recovery room process. Me too. Lol. Day 3 feeling better each day. First day u kept thinking why did I do this to myself.
  15. I'm cutting up my pantoprazole or taking apart my ompeprazole but both make me gag. I had reflux before so going off it wouldn't be good idea.
  16. I have to take magnesium citrate to cleanse before the surgery. When do I take it? I heard the morning before which is tomorrow morning? Also heard tonight, which is two nights before... which is it? Called my doc, but don't know if I trust that the front desk asked them....
  17. im on day one pre-op, so far so good, its after dinner im nervous for... im a nighttime snacker...lol

  22. did anyone need to take a bottle of this the night before surgery? if so what flavor did you choose and is it awful?
  23. So my first appt doc told me to get flint stone complete chewable and now the bariatric coordinator is saying to order bariatric specific Vitamins... What do you use post op?
