Hang in there girlfriend ! It will happen! I haven't worked out either! I don't like it but unless I want to be flabby I have to ! Bummer!

Isn't losing 85%of your stomach enough ????????I know I have bought 3 pairs of boots and none of them for my calf yet ????

I hope everyone is doing well!

Sorry I have been a bit slack

I have lost 18 kgs and I am at my 12 week mark so I am doing ok.

I am half way there nearly!

Feeling good, should be eating a lot more but just can't stomach more than 3 mouthfuls.

So I am hoping that improves..

Hope everyone is well

Well I am experiencing the week 2/3 stall! No weight gained or lost. I know it's part of the process but still disheartening.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. Stalling has been pretty much the norm for me. Almost 4 mo. out and 47 down but seen to have 1/2 weeks stalls each month. Double down and make sure you're getting all your Water and Protein. Soon your body will catch on and start loosing again. Good luck.

Awesome job. I'm doing great. Down 69 and have another 71 to go. Slow and steady but I'm happy with my progress.

KNZT. ...remember me? We had surgery one day a part and we're 1 day apart. I am down 71 pounds so far and weighing in at 147. Want to lose 15 more pounds. Feeling confident......2late4bed

Meant to say we're 1 day apart and 1 pound apart from starting weight. I started at 218 had surgery September 17, 2014 and am now at 147 so I'm down 71 pounds.

I have a question... I was sleeved on September the 15th. I have recently been working out with a trainer for almost two months. We take my measurements weekly. Today we took my measurements on my waist and I went up three inches, but my hips went down an inch. When measuring my waist, he told me that I had the tape in the wrong place, but I didn't Bc it was right across my bellybutton. He said it is lower than where he measures each week and it seemed to be like I was almost to my hip line. So my question is does you bellybutton drop...is this just part of this crazy process and it will all come together at the end? I mean there is such a thing called gravity... Please if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions on my measurements please let me know. I dropped weight this week too... Just confused. Thanks in advance!

I don't think your belly button can move because it's attached to the abdominal wall. Unless you've had a hernia or something. My excess skin kinds sags around it but it hasn't moved yet. Keep up with the exercise and you'll look wonderful. ????

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
