  12. Great job. I was sleeved 9/16 and my highest was 304 and I'm at 194. 110 lbs too!!
  13. You're ok. At 2.5 months you're still getting used to all the changes. Be kind to yourself and follow the program. Your strength and stamina will return in about month. Mine did. Then you'll be able to exercise. Surgery is not a magic wand, it's a tool along with water, protein, exercise, supplements and time. You will succeed ????.
  14. 22lb in a little over a month. You're still healing and exercising 4 day a week. You are doing fabulous! Be kind to yourself. You will lose. Congrats and keep up the good work. ????
  15. Me too. Having a hard time finding a bra that fits deflated boobs. ????
  16. I've got two examples of sleeve results. My brother down 175 after 3yrs. And my sister gained all 76+ back after 2yrs. Really goes to show ya, sleeve is just a tool. You have to still log food choices, exercise, drink lots water, take your supplements, etc. to be successful. I've been working this summer on developing more exercise tools for my box; I walk, bike, fly fish, and even started skipping rope. Hope to add swimming soon. ????
  17. Congrats to all. Sleeved 9/16 and down 80. Happy 4th of July. ????????
  18. Hi Chelsea. I was sleeved in sept 2014 but my husband is pre-op too. He works in Saginaw. But we live in Haslett. Maybe we can meet 1/2 way in flint for support. Best of luck. -C. ????
  19. I don't think your belly button can move because it's attached to the abdominal wall. Unless you've had a hernia or something. My excess skin kinds sags around it but it hasn't moved yet. Keep up with the exercise and you'll look wonderful. ????
  20. Awesome job. I'm doing great. Down 69 and have another 71 to go. Slow and steady but I'm happy with my progress.

  24. Yes!!! I take one cap full of miralax in my coffee and after a few day I'm back to normal. If I get too loose, I skip a day or back down to 1/2 a cap. Hope this helps. ????
  25. Still have occasional dizziness but not fainting. Hope you feel better soon. H2O sip, sip, sip.
