You look great! Just wondering about the loose skin around your belly. I'm 2.5 months put of surgery and 48 pounds down. Just wondering if I should start saving for skin surgery. Did you do a ton of exercise or mostly focus on your food intake?

Jody Good Job!!!!!!!

I love love love looking at before and after pics ~ they are inspirational! The thing that moves me the most though is the after pics, look at the eyes and the smiles. You can see how much happier everyone is. Thank you all for sharing!

Hiii. I'm Amanda. 23 years old. Was sleeved on October 21, 2013. (SW 304lbs) Today almost 6 months later (CW 203lbs) Total lost -101lbs. Goal weight #1 is 170 Main goal weight is 145/155 (I am 5'4) Here are some pics :) Before (10/2013) & After (04/2014) Then Now Sept 2013 Today 4/14/14

What is your exercise regimen?

First pic was taken Christmas Eve, two weeks after surgery. After I'd already lost 14 lbs pre-op and still on liquids..

Second pic from yesterday - taken by our personal trainer after a very sweaty session. Now I'm just 17 lbs away from goal. Hubby hasn't had surgery, but he's lost 65 lbs of his own. So proud! We run our first 5K today. :D
