  2. Well. This is what I know so far. Just had my upper GI. Not good. Fluid not emptying completely into stomach which explains why I've thrown everything up since I got home. It's staying in my esophagus.

  4. I'm still having major struggles. No where near the progress you're making. But I had a question about your Protein Shakes. How long does it take to drink one? Because I can't even fathom that I'd be able to drink that.

  7. Today was a little better. I got at least the minimum of 24 ounces down today. I did throw up. But not every fifteen minutes like yesterday. Which after how I felt yesterday, I count as a huge victory. I'm still constantly thirsty and I'm drinking every fifteen minutes. I'm praying I continue to feel better. Supposed to start my vitamins tomorrow. Which I don't want that to be a step back.

  11. Called the oncall physician. I told her everything. She said throwing up the old blood was normal and it would go away. However she was worried about the frequency with which I threw up yesterday. Told me to take some liquid Tylenol and Maalox. Keep drinking every fifteen minutes. And give it til three. If I haven't improved then she'd read not me for IV fluids and to rest my stomach.

  13. . At this point that pain has pretty much subsided. But I'm vomiting a pretty good bit. I keep putting more in. But I don't feel great. Weak, and just uncomfortable. Am I alone in this? Im so ready to feel better and normal.
  14. Ok. Strange request. But for those that are vomiting: what does it look like? Mine is sort of dark with flecks. I think it's old blood.
  15. Right now I know 24 oz of liquid is the minimum per day. When do we have to increase that?
  16. I'm right there with u. I can't take much in at all. It doesn't seem to matter how long I wait in between, it still makes me sick

  19. I can't take but like two tiny sips of anything and I immediately burp. Also. If I have maybe a third dip it's too much. And I start having a horrible pain at the top of my abdomen below my boobs. Then I eventually throw up. Help. I feel awful. Wondering when I should call my doc. Will this get better?
