  4. My shoe size went down at least 1/2 a size and I went from a wide width to a medium or narrow depending on the sho.
  5. Hello everyone. I am now down almost 200 pounds and everyone tells me that I am too thin. I feel great as a matter of fact I can't remember when I felt better than right now. When I enter my food using My Fitness Pal, I almost always get a warning that I haven't eaten enough food for the day. I know I have to eat enough to keep me well nuorished. I am averaging about 1200 to 1500 calories a day. Are you folks doing about the same? Let me know how your doing and what your calorie intake is. BTW I am 16 months post op. Thanks everyone, Mark
  6. I was sleeved on the 24th of July 2013. I am down 200 pounds and I feel fantastic. Getting the sleeve was the best think I ever did. No regrets whatsoever.
  7. Thanks Hope. I have started walking a bit and I feel really fantastic. I plan on working out in November after I am done working. And thank you for the compliment. Mark
  8. Hello all, I had my sleeve on the 24th of July 2013. My starting weight was 387 and my weight on the day of surgery was 341. As of today I weighed in at 191. I have lost all of my weight by controlling my food intake entirely. I do plan on starting exercise soon because I need to get some tone back. I look pretty gaunt considering I am six foot four inches tall. I went from a size 50 jeans to 34 jeans. Let me know what you all think. Regards, Mark
  9. I eat everything I used to eat with the exception of moderation. I stay away from all white foods, no alchohol reduced fats except for nuts and avacado and olive oil. I stay mostly with chicken fish and veggies. One protein shake for breakfast in the morning made with almond milk, followed by a mid afternoon and mid afternoon protein bar. I still only eat around 1300 calories a day and up to 90 grams of carbs.
  10. The leg crossing is true, I never crossed my legs when I was heave, now I do it all the time even when bench rest shooting. Amazing
  11. Stephanni: I can't believe your marvelous transformation. You must be congratulated on your marvelous transformation. You also look so toned. I take it that you are exercising regularily. You so far in my years of viewing weight loss posts have turned our to be the most beautiful ladies I have seen. Congratulations gorgeous. Mark, Edmond Oklahoma sleeved July 2013, down 200 pounds.
  12. You will like Dr. Walton. He is the doctor that assisted my surgeon Dr. Hamilton Le. I had my surgery on the 24th of July 2013 at Integris hospital. I know of very few people that had many complications at Weight Wise. I had none also. Best of luck for you.
  13. Taylormarie you have made a marvelous transition girl. You look absolutely like a different person, your beautiful smile is the only thing that gives it away. Congratulations, Mark I was sleeved on July 24th right after you. I have lost one half my body weight. Feeling great. Mark
  14. I am in the same boat. My nutritionist asked me to increase my amounts of "healthy fats". Like olive oil, avacado and things like that into my daily diet. I have also added a couple of small Snacks to my daily food intake. I know its hard to do but a half an apple or orange or even 3 or 4 crackers with Peanut Butter will help. I am 35 pounds below my goal weight my self. I still lost two more pounds this week. Good luck, Mark
  15. I started out 13 months ago with size 50 pants and a 4xlt shirt. I am now down to a size 34 pant and a Xlt shirt. For most of last year I would buy 2 pair of cheap Walmart jeans because I lost so many inches so consistantly that it didn't make sense to buy any decent clothes. Now I have completely replaced my wardrobe with nice clothes and I am back in business.
  16. The most important thing that you can do is stay the course. Weigh your food and make sure that you log it. Attend support group and see how other people are doing. You will see that everyone loses at different rates. As long as you control your food intake and exercise regularily, you will surely meet your goal. Good Luck
  17. Wow, you look absolutely fabulous congratulations. Mark
