Hey guys, I'm 4 weeks post op and now I'm feeling some cramping in my stomach.... It doesn't really hurt ....but I can feel it when I'm using my muscles to sit up etc... Is this normal ?! It reminds of when I was 1 week post op...

It's challenging, I was hospitalized for dehydration.... I can't get the liquid in but after a 4 pound weight gain and getting stuck 7 times because they couldn't find my veins... I'm drinking my water, if it kills me...

So I'm 18 days post -op and today I had a piece of sharp cheese while coming from the market... When I pulled up home, I noticed I had to poop... Well I could not make it to my door and poop myself... I have never done that before !!! Please give some insight!!?? I'm freaking out right now!!!

Take the time u need... I'm taking 4 weeks... It's an adjustment and I needed the time just to adjust my new food plan
