Hey guys, I had surgery on July 3rd and I've lost 32 pounds but the scales isn't really moving the way I think it should be... How are we doing!!

July 3rd here!! 1 day liquid diet and I'm not packed to go to the hospital... I haven't purchased my vitamins or protein shakes!!! Are u guys ready!!

Congrats ladies!!! I have to remember I didn't gain it over night so I'm not going to lose it over night... My goal is to have 50lbs off at 3 months post op.. Which means, I have 6 weeks to lose 18 lbs!! Lets see guys -

Hey guys, I'm 4 weeks post op and now I'm feeling some cramping in my stomach.... It doesn't really hurt ....but I can feel it when I'm using my muscles to sit up etc... Is this normal ?! It reminds of when I was 1 week post op...

It's challenging, I was hospitalized for dehydration.... I can't get the liquid in but after a 4 pound weight gain and getting stuck 7 times because they couldn't find my veins... I'm drinking my water, if it kills me... -
So I'm 18 days post -op and today I had a piece of sharp cheese while coming from the market... When I pulled up home, I noticed I had to poop... Well I could not make it to my door and poop myself... I have never done that before !!! Please give some insight!!?? I'm freaking out right now!!!

Yes u stay... It depends on your doctor and how u are doing... I stayed 3 days because I caught post op pneumonia
