December 2013 Sleever Pounds Lost Log

At the suggestion of a fellow sleever (thanks DeezJeans) I'm starting a post-op success story thread. This can be a 'numbers' thread...when you do your weigh in's, you can post your pounds lost here, and we can keep a running total. We can use this thread JUST for pounds lost!

Looking forward to the thousands of pounds we WILL be losing!

Here's what we would like to do. Please send me a private message with your goal pounds lost. (Meaning, if your goal is to lose 150 pounds, just jot that down in a quick private message and send that to me.)

Then we will compile all the pounds from everyone who wants to participate, and post the full amount, and then work towards those goals with weekly updates. We will be recording those pounds lost AFTER surgery!

You will still post your pounds lost on this forum here so we can Celebrate all of your victories (and I will keep track of them on my trusty spreadsheet, and then report the weekly pounds lost)

If you have any questions, please let me know!

Alrighty folks....ready for some numbers?

So, I adjusted the goal weight pounds because we have about 22 people who haven't ever logged their weight, so I moved them to a different list, and if they come back and start weighing in, I will add them back to the totals.

Currently our total pounds lost GOAL is: 8871

As of this week, we have 71 people reporting (at some time), and have a grand total of 2449.7 pounds lost.

We at about 28% of goal! Congratulations everyone! Keep up the good work!

I havent added my weight in 2 weeks bc it hasnt changed but im still here, just waiting on the scale to move first

Thanks Fred Rogers...I haven't had you down on the list, so I don't know how many pounds your goal pounds lost are. Could you please let me know how many pounds you hope to lose from your highest.

Thanks a bunch!

I'll wait to post on Friday when i weigh in at my surgeons office cause I think my brand new bathroom scale is broken

It read I was 210 on Saturday jan 11 and this morning it gave me a wide range of 186-197; something has to be wrong with it not me lol

I'll do cartwheels if I truly hit ONEderland on Friday --- haven't been there in over 2.5 years and that was very very very short lived (like a week, lol)

STEP AWAY FROM THE SCALE!!!!!

My weigh in day of the week is Thursday since I had my surgery on a Thursday. My one month surgiversary is 1/19 though so I may be posting results twice :)

I havent added my weight in 2 weeks bc it hasnt changed but im still here, just waiting on the scale to move first

This is my 2nd wk @stall...frustrated but I have to believe its temporary.

Went to the gym on Monday, and I over done it. I literally felt faint and nauseated, I think I am going to wait a little longer.
