December 2013 Sleever Pounds Lost Log

At the suggestion of a fellow sleever (thanks DeezJeans) I'm starting a post-op success story thread. This can be a 'numbers' thread...when you do your weigh in's, you can post your pounds lost here, and we can keep a running total. We can use this thread JUST for pounds lost!

Looking forward to the thousands of pounds we WILL be losing!

Here's what we would like to do. Please send me a private message with your goal pounds lost. (Meaning, if your goal is to lose 150 pounds, just jot that down in a quick private message and send that to me.)

Then we will compile all the pounds from everyone who wants to participate, and post the full amount, and then work towards those goals with weekly updates. We will be recording those pounds lost AFTER surgery!

You will still post your pounds lost on this forum here so we can Celebrate all of your victories (and I will keep track of them on my trusty spreadsheet, and then report the weekly pounds lost)

If you have any questions, please let me know!

Drum roll please:

We currently have a goal pound loss of 10,846.

We have a 76% participation rate - 68 out of 89 people have recorded their weight loss

Our current weight loss to date: 2147.4

Yes, that is over TWO THOUSAND pounds lost so far!

Congratulations to you all! Keep up the GREAT work!

The pounds have been a bit stubborn for me it seems. Was sitting at 290 for four days, 289 for two, then to 287 for three days now. I'm two weeks out today and down 10 lbs. Fortunately, I am able to eat very well. Perhaps that is why I'm not losing as fast. I may be impatient to lose but I know in my logical mind that it's not a bad thing to lose at this rate. We shall see. Time to join the gym.

HW: 310

CW: 287

If I could keep losing 5 lbs a week that would be cool, I just was hoping for a big number this first month. We'll see, still just two weeks out. :)

HW 334

SW 310 12/24

CW 292 - 18lbs in 15 days - holy crap

I actually giggled and felt guilty when I saw that weight pop up. Reweighed twice more to make sure it was real.

So of course I am now waiting for the stall to come.

:D

I'm officially in the middle of a very frustrating stall. However, to date, I've lost 20lbs.

Surgery weight: 251.3

Current weight: 231.2

Frustrated - I've showed 2 gains on the scale this week, but I'm holding out for next week, and staying positive, dammit. :D

HW: 267 SW: 245 (12/18 ) CW: 223 22lbs since surgery 40lbs total since May!!!
