December 2013 Sleever Pounds Lost Log

At the suggestion of a fellow sleever (thanks DeezJeans) I'm starting a post-op success story thread. This can be a 'numbers' thread...when you do your weigh in's, you can post your pounds lost here, and we can keep a running total. We can use this thread JUST for pounds lost!

Looking forward to the thousands of pounds we WILL be losing!

Here's what we would like to do. Please send me a private message with your goal pounds lost. (Meaning, if your goal is to lose 150 pounds, just jot that down in a quick private message and send that to me.)

Then we will compile all the pounds from everyone who wants to participate, and post the full amount, and then work towards those goals with weekly updates. We will be recording those pounds lost AFTER surgery!

You will still post your pounds lost on this forum here so we can Celebrate all of your victories (and I will keep track of them on my trusty spreadsheet, and then report the weekly pounds lost)

If you have any questions, please let me know!

It is so wonderful to have this forum, to know that I am not alone through stalls and scale paranoia. :)

If you are reading this and your weight is stalled, know that I stalled for 14 days. Hang in there, the scale does eventually move.

Hello! Hope everyone is having a wonderful sleevers weekend!

My stats:

Loss another 3lbs!

Went to a Denver Broncos Fan Footbal party today at my cousin's house--there was food everywhere--..all the crap I used to stuff my face with like pizza, chips, fried chicken, mac & cheese, hotdogs, pasta, etc..plus beer and martinis! Thaks to my new buddy (my sleeve) it didn't phase me at all!

Hey has anyone tried the Crystal Light Appletini water flavor! OMG, it really is delish! My cousin took care of me...I had faux appletinis and grilled chicken legs with garlic spinach with some protein crisps she found at Whole Foods. Nice crunch. She also sliced up some turkey pepperoni and fat free cheese for me...

I adore her.
